To have personal information removed by a hacker on my Google account

He's been on my phone turning stuff off and removing my links on my phone. I just did a back up and I wanted to do a restore. He changed my password,so I couldn't do a restore. You can clearly see on my Gmail account, his computer is on there. I own a Motorola G Power 2021 phone. He owns a computer and a iPhone. Which I've been seeing alot of on my phone. Can you please help me Remove him? Can you help me change my pin so I can restore my phone? He has deleted my photos that I took of his computer on my phone.

The box I got did not even come packaged it came open with a label on it. I was charged over one hundred dollars for a single box when it should of been a case of 18. When I called they said it was a mistake on line and I have to ship this one back before they credit the over hundred dollars.

My first experience at google: I bought a dining table, which arrived defective with missing pieces. Two people told me that a shipping person will pick it up and gbere is no need of packing. The shipping guy was late by 3 hours. He said the table needs to be packed. Three calls to google, wrong information each time, 8 hours of wasted time and no resolution. I told google to keep my money. Will never buy from google.

It was thanks giving offer from google express . I had purchased 2 set of google home mini for $29. Today when I got the shipment, to my shock there was only 1 set in the packet. When I contacted customer care, they mentioned that the offer was wrongly displayed on their website and asked me to return it. I mean really? Why in the whole world it was Displayed during thanks giving. Earlier also there were some goof ups with my orders with google express but I ignored. But this time they took my nerves.now to adjust the order, either they want me to place another or or return this order. I have had enough dealing with these guys .STAY AWAY FROM GOOGLE EXPRESS.

Google Express Hates its Customers

In June 2019, I decided to order a part to fix my kitchen mixer. It's a Swedish brand and hard to find parts for. I used the default Safari browser on my iPhone, which uses Google as the search engine by default. I found the part I was looking for, read the description, noticed the photo was of the entire mixer assembly, but assumed the description was correct. I pushed "Buy" with a store called Everything Kitchens. The actual entity I purchased the item from was Google Express, a shopping service I hadn't heard of before. All the branding on my confirmation emails referred to "Everything Kitchens" so I didn't think much of it, but the emails came from "Google Express". The box from Everything Kitchens arrived in a few days. I didn't have a chance to open immediately, but when I did, I discovered that the part I received didn't contain all the elements I needed. I immediately called Everything Kitchens on the phone and they told me that the part I received was the correct part number, but didn't match the description from the Google Express link. And the stock photo didn't match either the part number I received or the part number described. It was just the wrong thing. They told me they were sorry but there wasn't anything they could do because I wasn't their customer, Google Express was. They were just the fulfillment partner. I have a trip and some visitors. I have a chance to reach out to initiate the return through Google Express on July 31, 2019. 1 month and 4 days after receiving it. GOOGLE EXPRESS, because they HATE their customers, has draconian "processes and policies" regarding the return window. No more than 30 days, not matter the reason for the return. Even if they sent the wrong item, or their product description is incorrect!!! I think, no problem, I'll just reach out to customer service and surely they will correct this problem. Easy peasy. Just extend the return window like a normal company would do when they realize that their product description is incorrect. I initiate a text chat with Customer Service. The rep is unfailingly polite until she accuses me of causing the problem. She blames me and tells me I should have does this by July 27. It is not published anywhere prominent what the return policy window is or how an aggrieved customer can deal with problems such as mine. The part I ordered is $30. I was on chat with the customer service reps for 1 hour. It really does seem that resolving the issue would be a much better way to handle the situation than disempowering their customer service reps and enforcing unreasonable, non-transparent, and anti-consumer policies. Shame on you, Google, for creating such a terrible service, and instituting policies that are so anti-consumer and awful. I will not be using Google Express again.

Excellent review of Google Express. I also had a bad experience with them and will never use them again.

I was fortunate in having a great relationship with my credit card so Google Express had to resolve my complaint. If you used a credit card call them and ask for an investigation.

Google Express Merchant antonline won't accept my return

I bought a laptop through Google Express. The merchant is antonline. I bought it because I thought I could trust Google Express if there is an issue. But they said the merchant didn't accept my return and there is nothing they can do. the long story - I called Google Express when I found that there is some issue with the laptop screen (a black spot in the middle making it difficult read some characters). Per their recommendation I returned it and ordered a new one ( all within the 30 day return period ). Google Express sent me the return label and all. But when I returned the laptop, the merchant antonline wouldn't accept it and returned it to me saying that I tampered with the laptop and removed the hard disk (ironically it doesn't even have a hard disk. Its an ssd based laptop). I asked them how they determined that I removed the hard disk. They wouldn't reply to email. I called google express multiple times to resolve it. They just said they can't do anything and asked to resolve the issue with the merchant. I checked the laptop they returned to me and its working perfectly, but there is no way to get it resolved through Express or the merchant. This is the worst experience I ever had with online shopping.

I ordered the ipad mini 5 wifi+cellular, but incorrect item was delivered (Ipad mini 5 wifi). I contact with customer support with chatting. They told me to return the item and place a new order for me. And they told it would not happen again. so as instructed, I return the item right away, and place a new order again. However, it happened again. I received I pad mini 5 wifi version instead of ipad mini 5 wife+celluar I ordered. Thay repeat, "return the item and re-order it" They have wasted my time and effort, pleasure to get the item I want to have.
